昨儿下午和CIDChris聊了下,一支蛮低调的管理7亿美金的台湾基金,周内Chris会再跟偶聊下大陆new media相关的咨询…Chris设计手机芯片出身的,畅销机型V3的屏幕显示驱动芯片由他负责,当年也可也是技术大牛啊哈哈

跟日本mobile marketing前三甲的CAMOBILE的中国公司的Media directorSales director做了交流,得到些有益的情报哈

今儿上午颇为郁闷,8点半到清华图书馆,因清华紫光VP送了我们一些管理课程培训,台上那哥们儿顶着一堆“营销大师”“20年实战经验”的帽子在那儿喷偶实在有点儿听不下去或说对偶个人来说收益不多

什么独创的“切割营销”理论本质上不就是Porter的差异化竞争战略么,整个儿思维层次还停留在上个世纪90年代“点子大王”的阶段不过客观来说,对处于广大二三级甚至四五级城市市场面临水深火热同质化竞争的销售有形产品的中小企业来说确实更容易理解吧?且大部分此类人群未曾接受过基本的逻辑训练,习惯于感性思维,更容易接受口语型交流而非阅读型。再说了,不是所有企业主都会去找麦肯锡,罗兰-贝格,艾森哲做consulting,都找四大做accounting…类似的“营销大师”还是会长期存在哈

不过对个人时间/精力来说,这个也要衡量ROI干脆回公司上班 下午谈Pcpop的李想...

Ps:最近又扎扎实实地看了2遍德鲁克的《卓有成效的管理者》,方才认识到何谓简洁而深刻有力的洞察

   除了正在紧张进行最后关头比拼的奥迪比稿,另一辆车比稿的结果浮出水面:在大众中级车、售价达23.98万的帕萨特迈腾比稿中,北京东方仁德广告胜出,奥美、灵智则失望而归。

负责这次竞标的Reed果然NB...
偶的小道消息是,迈腾这款车全年的传播,活动及广告三方面的总额度为1.5亿RMB(切一小块来分分啦...)
此外,据偶的小道消息...忍着...不能再说了,本来早就知道分众要收购好耶,偶就该去买点股票...从70美金涨价到77美金了哈

solution provider Millennial Media announced to have secured Series A funding of .3M from Columbia Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners and Acta Wireless, an early stage investment that provides hands-on wireless-related support to its portfolio companies.
Millennial Media’s services and technology include Millennial Marketplace and Millennial Media’s MYDAS, the former being a network of mobile media properties that provides advertising space across all platforms, while the latter being a system by means of which operators can better manage their advertising resources and platforms. Advertisers and agencies, to whom Millennial Media offers performance based mobile advertising solutions, are the company’s primary customers. As for publishers, a paid subscriber model is applied.

城有伤,人有恙

VAN 公司里的上海小妹说:有了金城武,杀死一切美女和非美女,有了梁朝伟,杀死一切小资和伪小资。言下之意金城武和梁朝伟的交集就是雌性小资。

W不是雌性但是货真价实小资,上周VAN的这个死党半夜给他打电话说:我跟她有复合迹象。

W说的是他的前前女友,且称之为Ex-Ex GL

VAN说:好马不吃回头草,兔子不吃窝边草,万一饥不择食,也请当作难得糊涂或暂时性失忆。

W说:虽然觉我俩根本不合适,可我总觉得我俩貌似还有戏,分分合合,总没浇灭最后的火种。

你这叫激情一夜后遗症,VAN引用某位业界大佬的话说:不要让好钱追着坏钱跑,你投资一家公司,第一笔投资打了水漂,你可以认赔,洗手走人;也可以追加投资,寄希望于第二笔投资能够扭转乾坤。有第一轮投完之后第二轮再跟投一部分的,但是眼看着公司不赚钱自己生往里再砸一回,好像还真不多见。

W又问:那如果后来发现后来的投资更不靠谱呢?

VAN也问:我说过以后的投资一定更靠谱了吗?

W所说的大华电影院,VAN也去过多次,包括边上的北京第一家日昌茶餐厅,8RBM一杯的港式热鸳鸯,跟永远需要等位的牌号以及吵嚷着大嗓门的服务生一样,至今让VAN记忆深刻。

大华即便不是最早,也是北京城里存留至今历史最久的影院之一,从1920几个商人自筹资金放映电影到解放后被国家接管,带着民族色彩的大华二字倒始终未变。言谈间提起来,便很有点上海滩说去大世界的味道来。1978年,文革后举办的引人瞩目的日本电影周率先在大华首映,反映的3部电影里有《追捕》和《望乡》。此后的大华,历经录像厅、酒吧、舞厅、台球、电子游艺、小卖部又变回梦幻卡拉OK歌舞厅,新近几年再加上唱片店、餐厅、网吧、服装店、鲜花店、自助银行,直到2006年老树开新花获得新影联院线十年总票房冠军,活脱脱一部北京上个世纪的流行文化展览馆。

有些感情跟那些80年代到90年代改建的歌舞厅和卡拉OK一样,抑或又是每逢节日流动的五彩缤纷气球与爆米花,掐指算来,终究是昙花一现;有些感情则是铭刻心间,即便幕布闭合光影消散,迟迟不肯谢幕。好像2006年股市大涨,无数人便顺潮涌入,但沃伦-巴菲特数十年不变的投资原则还是:看准优质股票,长期持有。

在电话里,W最后决定休假去香港shopping,顺便思考下跟EXX GF的欲燃还忍想扑又撤的奶酪糊状态。

龙宽的某首怨妇歌词写到,多年来“四处碰撞,无法遗忘,只是为了知道多年来我在你心里的重量,我知道我是你的情人,不再怨恨,不再想要让你改变,早已把你接受。”

若说香港是座伤心之城,那北京岂非成了痛苦的海洋,幸好有句话说:有容乃大。

VAN眼前浮现起大华电影院小厅的砖头墙壁上《甲方乙方》的剧组抑或张艺谋的签名,有些人的青春,永远留在了上个世纪,停留了在至今遗留的边缘磨损了的黑色皮沙发上,停留在了粗糙的红色砖头墙上,而暗室里电影胶片沙沙正走过,就像时间爬过你我皮肤。

终于收尾阶段,刚搞出来摘要...估计错失不少,抢险出炉

With the fast popularization of Internet today, mobile network is coming into our daily life gradually as well. Not only be satisfied with the demand of information and communication from internet, but also feels its convenience when one is connected with WAP site via mobile phone. By the end of 2006, there had already been 115 million WAP users in China. Thus, this industry is getting more and more flourishing.

WAPS is one the leading professional corporations in this field and involves several central businesses. But with itself expanding recently and more competitor appearing, “portal”, “site establishing system” and “alliance”, 3 main parts are facing huge challenge.

According to analyze and summarize the development of independent industry—WAP home and abroad, whole text focus on discussing the current service structure and further developing strategy for WAPS. The author has realized although current 3 main parts, “portal”, “site establishing system” and “alliance”, are still on top in this field, WAPS has itself risks such as the illogical business structure, unclear developing emphasis. Besides, WAPS has not been found itself advantages and conceal shortages.

According to research the inter advantages and shortages and the outer opportunities and challenges for WAPS by using SWOT,  the active competition strategy must be used into the development of WAPS in order to create a brand-new competition advantage and expand marketing occupancy to supplant other competitors, including, 1. running to a portal advertising agency and extend using its advantage in alliance advertisement; 2. using multiplex competition strategy to balance the proportion of income and expenses so as to renew current businesses, which is represented that WAPS tries to establish electronic business platform in order to use the advantage of advertising to study marketing; 3. using incorporation strategy to lead absolutely in its advantage business that is to incorporate competitors and suppliers to extend market shares and income scale; 4. using cooperation strategy to win together with partners in order to speed the development of the industry totally.
