Mobestar’s FACE technology was launched in January 2006, which allows anonymous or nick-name rather than telephone numer based, video connectivity between mobile telephones. The regulatory has been a barrier to provide such a business outside of Japan. The acquisition of Mobile Life will allow the company to provide its mobile video dating services to 3,000 wireless devices, PCs, and to other interactive and digital channels worldwide.
