 Strategy Consultant Director（Beijing/Shanghai）

SCD

Responsibilities：

- Develop industry-leading mobile media & marketing knowledge base

- Define & develop models for new media integrated marketing communications strategies to match the marketing objectives of clients

-Build and develop strong working relationships with 4 A agencies, and clients

Requirement:

- Excellent in English / Mandarin (both speaking and writing)

- Be very practice, passionate and responsible for developing business

-Very experienced in studying new media and new cultural trends;

-With 3 years planning experience from agency and marketing consulting experience is plus

- Strong team player

-Self starter, very motivated with strong interpersonal skills and must be a strategic thinker

-Earn respect from senior clients by understanding client business objectives and issues, and providing relevant agency points-of-view and communication solutions.

- Experience in New Media is a must

Executive Consultant Director（Beijing/Shanghai）

ECD

Responsibilities：

-Responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and for the output of excellent mobile marketing strategies.

- Establish sales channels，especially advertising agencies

- Hire, train & mentor sales professionals across China

- Focus on clients in FMCG, automotive, mobile handset, sports apparel, fast food electronics & other select industries

- Draft sales proposals, working together with technical & creative teams

-Use industry experience to drive constant improvement in client service, development of customer insight based on data, development of mobile marketing and interactive strategy

-Deliver on this wide scope of work getting the most out of the team through effective delegation, project and time management.

Requirement:

-Have excellent English skill in both spoken and written，Japanese is plus;

-Minimum 3years relevant account servicing experience in 4A interactive or media agency

-Demonstrate a sound knowledge of IMC principles, CRM practices & mobile industry

-High strategic and innovative thoughts, execution skill and intelligence with the ability to lead teams to achieve tasks under pressure and be able to identify key issues and develop possible solutions

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, well-planned, self-motivated, assertive with the ability to observe and manage details; a quick learner

-Have line management experience, being a leader and a team player - able to motivate, counsel and 'grow' junior team members

- Experience in New Media is a must

职位描述：

1、搜集渠道相关媒介资料并进行分析，及时把握媒体动向；

2、协调维护媒体关系，与渠道媒体建立长期合作关系；

3、了解媒介工作的各项需求，能独立完成媒体计划；

4、能够独立执行媒介计划以及按照计划作相关的评估；

5、能够把客户确认的计划执行下去，维护和建立媒体关系；

6、媒介方案的最终发布并进行发布跟踪服务；

7、整理、相关的媒介发布效果评估报告；

任职要求：

1、大学专科以上学历，新闻传播或中文等相关专业；

2、一年以广告公司或网络媒体的媒介计划或媒介购买经验；

3、具有良好的媒体开拓能力和沟通能力；

4、注重细节，具有较强的工作责任心；
